Constellation, Arabian Sea and India Holiday ex Abu Dhabi Roundtrip
14 Night Cruise sailing from Abu Dhabi roundtrip aboard Celebrity Constellation.
Celebrity Constellation® has been revamped-we call it "Solsticized" since it infuses her with cosmopolitan Solstice Class features.
She boasts a spectacular, new look and ambience. From the minute you enter the magnificent Grand Foyer, or savour a flavourful steak in the sophisticated Tuscan Grille, or sip your favourite vodka at the ultra-cool, ice-topped Martini Bar-you'll feel pampered and transformed, too.
Sumptuous suites and staterooms offer stunning new décor and flat-screen TVs, yet the level of personal service remains unparalleled and meticulous. It's a highly enhanced experience.
Highlights of this cruise:
Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi is the largest of the seven emirates that compose the United Arab Emirates and is located in the oil-rich and strategic Persian Gulf region. It adjoins the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman. Abu Dhabi city is on an island located less than a quarter-kilometer from the mainland and is joined to the mainland by the Maqta and Musaffah Bridges.
Dubai
Dubai is one of the most modern cities in the world; this city was a fishing and pearling village less than 50 years ago. The architecture of its modern buildings and sky scrapers is the finest in the Middle East. Sightseeing within the city center is split mainly between Deira, on the right bank of the Dubai creek and historic Bur Dubai on the other bank. Deira, is home to the best shopping and is the business and commercial centre of the city. Bur Dubai has less of a bustling atmosphere and is home to a number of tourist attractions, including the Dubai Museum, Grand Mosque and Sheikh Saeed Al-Maktoum’s House.
Mumbai
Mumbaī formerly known as Bombay, is the capital of the state of Maharashtra, and the most populous city of India. It is a city filled with excitement being home to India's Hindi film and television industry, known as Bollywood. Mumbai is the commercial and entertainment capital of India and has attracted migrants from all over India because of the immense business opportunities, and the relatively high standard of living, making the city a potpourri of various communities and cultures.
The city has a deep natural harbour and the port handles over half of India's passenger traffic and a significant amount of cargo. Mumbai is also one of the rare cities to accommodate a national park, the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, within its city limits.
Goa
The magical state of Goa used to be an outpost of Portugal, so the palms on its beaches still sway with a certain Portuguese rhythm. The laid-back lifestyle in India's smallest, most prosperous state attracts many world travelers. You can explore world-heritage architecture, fragrant spice plantations, and cuisine that blends Portuguese technique with Indian flavors.
